I loved the complimentary drinks they offered. The iced tea was especially refreshing after a day exploring. the restaurant recommendations were very helpful, and we tried a few of the suggested spots, we discovered a hidden gem. the staff greeted us with warm smiles each morning, and i enjoyed that a lot.
the room felt smaller than i anticipated, and there wasn't much space for our luggage. the window was locked, and i wanted some fresh air. the pillows were too firm for my liking, and this affected my sleep quality.

the location was amazing!!! a bus stop was very close. the room was clean. complimentary tea and coffee were available in the lobby. it was very nice after a day of exploring.
the male receptionist was unfriendly upon arrival. he did not greet us, just asked for our passports. our bedroom was tiny. the space was mostly taken by the bed, so storing suitcases was impossible.

I booked a beautiful twin room! it had plenty of space for luggage and movement. the shower room was separate from the toilet, which i found very convenient. the tv also had streaming services. I could watch netflix after a long day exploring.
the hotel breakfast was just okay! it's not a huge deal because there are bakeries and restaurants nearby.

The location suited my needs perfectly, providing easy access to transportation.
The room service was a major letdown. My requests were consistently delayed, and some items were missing altogether. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. It significantly detracted from the overall experience, which I found irritating.

Decent Stay in a Central Location

The location was convenient. I was near the main street, yet shielded from excessive noise. It provided a peaceful retreat after busy days. The hotel offered complimentary hojicha and welcome drinks in the lobby. A laundromat was conveniently located within the building.
The room felt quite small when compared to the photos I saw. It, with no natural light. I also found the breakfast box underwhelming.
